Wow, what a ride!
I returned home after holding the extraordinary Women's Wisdom Retreat in mid-March 2020 to find the world wrapped in a cloud of unrecognisable uncertainty where so many of us have had to faced fear, heartache, worry, concerns that did not exist at the beginning of 2020.
And in all this turmoil, I have never felt so privileged and blessed for my life and my county.
As we start to emerge and experience the shift from what was to what is new, we come face to face with the Winter Solstice. This significant time marks the beginning of greater light entering our world as we journey through the winter months, which traditionally calls us to turn inward with quiet energy, self- reflection, and soulful intention, not because we have to, not because we are confined, but because it is time to draw nourishment, shake off the dust and welcome powerful insights.
If you are anything like me, you are hanging to connect, sit in circle, feel the tribe, embrace the freedom of genuine expression and grounded experiences.
So let's emerge together and meet the winter solstice side by side in celebration and sisterhood.
Women together in respectful ritual, sacred circle, mindful practice, and conscious movement.

Helpful tips:
Wear something you love. We will be sitting on the floor, bring a water bottle, a wrap to keep warm, favourite cushion, if you like otherwise we have lots of bolsters.
Arrive from 12:15pm for a timely 12:30pm pm start. We aim to complete the Winter Solstice Celebrations at 3pm.
