About the yoga...
Exploring the themes of self care, self compassion, and self love, Post Natal Yoga is a beautiful exploration of the changing mothering body, mind and spirit.
Bringing baby, find a new flow of yoga to practise together, a bhakti yoga of devotion, honouring this special, incredible time together.
A gentle, restorative style focused yoga, we focus on movement and rest, balancing your energy, connecting with baby, and celebrating your miracle body for creating life.

About the teacher...
Ash is a local mumma to a fierce 4yo, and investigative 2yo. She completed her 350 hour YTT between pregnancies and babies, spending more time on the mat pregnant or post natal than not while in training. This time was such a transformational journey, as a mother and a woman. Since her intital teacher training Ash has completed 50hrs of specialty pre/postnatal yoga training with Bliss Baby.
Ash is passionate about creating a loving space to welcome new life, practising self care, whether physically, mentally or spiritually, and sharing the magic of yoga. She can't wait to welcome you to your mat to start this new chapter of integrating self-care and motherhood.
