Bookings Essential

Receive a solid grounding in meditation, pranayama (breathing), yoga philosophy and physical alignment in the foundation postures of a hatha yoga practice. This course unfolds at a relaxed pace with the total newbie to yoga in mind. Each week includes an alignment lab (mini-workshop) on one of the key poses of Surya Namaskar A (sun salutations). Over the 6 week series we weave the poses together into a flowing sequence.

Don’t understand what all that means? You soon will. We aim to empower you with the knowledge and embodiment to move safely, effectively and joyfully through the start of your yoga journey. You will walk away with a simple yoga sequence that you can practice daily at home and the confidence to join in our other classes. Register for a course and start your evolution today.

No drop-in attendance on class passes or memberships permitted due to progressive course delivery.
