This workshop is for women on the path of pregnancy and beyond, whether you are currently pregnant or are interested in learning how to care for ourselves and others through this precious time. We will cover preconception care and sacred fertility foods, adapting to a pre-natal yoga practice, how to feel your best in each trimester and the importance of the fourth trimester, the first 40 days postpartum.
